This project proposes the construction of a single-family T4 house with a garage, located on a 7068 m² plot in the Natural Park of Serra da Arrábida.

The residence has been designed to integrate elegantly and sensitively with the surrounding natural landscape, reflecting the aesthetics of contemporary minimalist architecture, with a focus on simplicity, functionality, and harmony with the environment.

Situated on an elevated plot within the Serra da Arrábida, this property is defined by its breathtaking viewpoint over Lisbon and the Tagus Valley, particularly from its eastern and northern sides.

To the south, it enjoys the proximity of a sprawling pine forest, part of the Natural Park, offering a rare and privileged location that bridges the serene green of the mountains with the expansive views stretching toward infinity.

Lisbon serves as a dramatic backdrop, visible through the expansive glass walls of the living room, as well as from the pool and outdoor dining area.

The design aims to maximize the potential of the landscape and natural lighting, creating a seamless connection between the interior and exterior.

The minimalist approach features a palette of pure forms, with clean lines and geometric volumes, while using noble and subtle materials to create a timeless aesthetic.

The goal is to provide a serene and luminous environment where simplicity translates into both comfort and sophistication.

Meanwhile, the dual kitchens—one indoor and the other fully outdoor—face the lush greenery of the Natural Reserve, inviting moments of quiet contemplation and connection with nature.

The architecture is bold and industrial in character, marked by suspended volumes and strikingly defined walls.

These features are complemented by a large first-floor terrace, styled as a panoramic lookout, and a double-height ceiling accentuating the dramatic metal staircase that provides vertical circulation.
